  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAVEFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WAVEFORM’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO USE THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waveform and its owners, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • Your User Content;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • Your use poses a risk to the Service or other users;
  • We are required to do so by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will become effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
